A Physical record of proof that you have had your flue maintained by a competent person. Faults or defects found will be recorded at the time on duplicate customer and company copies.

How long will we hold your personal data?

RAW Chimney Sweep will retain your personal data for three years for insurance purposes. Only information regarding the flue/appliance at the property and not personal data will be held indefinitely for future reference
